The view was great. The rooms were confortable. Totally recommend this place

The room quality, view and service particularly the breakfast was exceptional. Ornella needs special mention for going extra miles. Only downside is you need a little bit of walk to get to transportation.

Didn't get the room I paid for. Stayed 5 nights.I booked the Royal Quadruple Room sea view (green water room ) 323 Square feet . Ornella took us to the Luxury sea view (rose water )which is 269 Square feet . I knew it was wrong immediately. when I question her and showed her my paperwork she blamed *******. They had double booked the Royal Quadruple room apparently. No refund for the smaller room. Ornella refused to give us the larger room because the other people were checking in a few minutes after we did. I decided to let it go and just stay in the smaller room. The room was clean and the breakfast was average . I didn't like the fact that you had a set time for breakfast and it didn't start till 8am. Twice we had to leave earlier then 8am for a tour and airport. Ornella did offer to leave muffins and croissant in our room the night before which was nice. There is a lot of stairs to the main square. It takes 15 minutes it is tough and you might need to take a few minutes to rest. The room was noisy you can hear the other people banging luggage around in the next room and running the shower.There was 3 keys the old fashion type not the plastic credit card ones. one for the room one for the outer door that led to the 3 rooms and one for the gate. all where a pain to open. I probably got ripped off $300.00 plus euros Again,I didn't get what I paid for. The internet was terrible. Never again. Bait and switch Beware

An excellent stay on the Amalfi coast. The rooms were very clean and modern with the European touches. The breakfast was excellent with an excellent view of the sea. Very close to the main city centre of Ravello. The host Ornella made the experience a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and knowledgable about the area and showed excellent hospitality while we were staying here. Ornella went above and beyond to help make sure we have the best experience here!
