No lift. If you got ground floor room is okay. But usually they would want to fill up the top floor and going down not fill from ground to top. The top floor is third. Ground first second and third floor. I pain one hand with toddler and one with bag. I thought got lift but was mistaken. So never assume k.

I feel the price a bit higher.
RM260 for 5pax, deluxe family (2 King size room), no more extra bed for additional person.
No body shampoo provided.
The bed is big enough for 2~3 pax.
Acceptable condition.
Convenient for vegetarian as next door is vegetarian restaurant (open early morning to 3pm).

Near city centre and close to our invitation venue.Easy access to everything! Bank,restaurant,petrol station etc Theres framer market that i enjoyed on sunday morning near the mosque.

Have drinking machine.
Very noisy day and night because near by got BIRD NET House. Complain also no used .
Never ever return to this hotel, so sorry to say that !

The hotel is located in Raub town. It was very affordable and is what some may consider a budget hotel. However, it did not seen like a budget hotel at all. It was very clean, room spacious and staff were very friendly. Suitable for short stay. Definitely will come again.

Hotel location was okay but few blocks behind main road. Very dark at night.
This hotel has no lift. If traveling with family, expect to climb high, steep and narrow steps staircase.
Staff was rude. Room access card registration was problematic. A simple apology should be offered to calm your guest when you do mistakes.
Mattress felt sunken on certain part.
The most uncomfortable experience was, how to sleep when the next block was converted to swallow bird nest building. Noisy and scary sound, we didn't sleep well.
