Have used this hotel a couple of times. It is difficult to contact by phone as it is not attended to promptly. Prior stays were ok..rooms clean..sheets clean. Location is good and access to food is good. This stay wws rather unpleasant..based on my previous stays..i did not check the sheets and the next morning discovered that the dheets wete stained with traces of what looked likw blood. Maybe this was a rare incident..nevertheless keep up your good services

I recently stayed at Tumike Hotel Bentong and overall, my experience was rather underwhelming. While the hotel's location was indeed convenient, with Regent Court Restaurant and several other eateries within walking distance, there were several drawbacks that dampened my stay.
Firstly, I booked the triple room, but I was disappointed to find that I could only request one pillow. This was quite inconvenient, as multiple pillows are often necessary for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the absence of a fridge in the room was a major drawback. It meant that I couldn't buy perishable items like tofu or keep beverages chilled, limiting my options for snacking or enjoying cold drinks.
One of the most significant downsides was the steep price for a night's stay. At RM200 per night, I expected more from a budget hotel. Considering the hotel's one-star rating, the cost seemed excessive for the amenities and overall experience provided.
On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Regent Court Restaurant, TF Value, Steamboat Restaurant, Musang King Dessert, and Family Mart was undoubtedly a convenience. These nearby establishments made it easy to access various dining options and satisfy any immediate needs.
However, when considering the overall experience, I would have expected a budget hotel like Tumike to offer more competitive pricing and improved amenities. The lack of additional pillows and a fridge limited the comfort and convenience of my stay. Therefore, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options in the area before settling for Tumike Hotel Bentong.

Ggsa76the service staffs are very polite. we booked 1 twins room and 1 family room. there's no lift in this hotel, so if traveling with elderly probably need to choose room at the ground floor. but the activities (hotel backrooms) are happen there, so probably not suitable for those light sleeper. for twin room located ground floor, there is no window. with standing shower. for family room located first floor, it's very big with 2 king size beds. with bathtub(climbing of stairs required. we have 1 big luggage, so it's pretty challenging to carry it up and down). the bad points. 1)the toilet flooring is so slippery when it's wet. the hotel did place a pair of flip flop in the room but my granny doesn't feel comfortable wearing it. will be great if they can treat the floor with non slip solution or place non slip mat. 2) the bathtub is very high. so short people like us is quite difficult to climb in and out and there's no grip handles near. so it's quite dangerous for elderly. since the bathroom is big, it will be great if they can install standing shower. the basin pipe is spoil, so if you turn up for heavier flow of water, the water will spill from the pipe, causing wet floor. the bathroom room floor is very slippery too. 3) carpet for both rooms required cleaning badly. when we walk without shoe after shower, our soles will be all dirty when we reach the bed. hope these will be improved. it will be a better place to stay.

JJasLeeSHLove this Budget hotel. Only find that the pillow is lumpy. Maybe is good to change those pillows. The breakfast Nasi lemak is good. Will stay here again as it is value for money n clean. They have 3 Suite Double rooms on ground floor, so if u can’t climb stairs, ask for the Suite double room. Lots of parking area in front of the hotel n opposite parking area.

GGuest UserFast check in and out. The location is the best, stayed in deluxe room with a golf view, but the room need some upgrades, especially the carpet and the furniture. Cleanliness of the room is average, because there's few dried orange seeds on the carpet floor, I guess the cleaner must have been blind spotted (as the color of the seeds and carpet are almost the same). There's no telephone in the room but the tv is updated. Side lamp does not work (need to change the bulb) but it did not bother me that much. It is just an average hotel but comfy room to stay. Its not a bad hotel, but upgrade your room please. Give some vibrant color.
