It was both a relaxing and an exhilarating two days for us. 1) The accommodation was great. The sleeping tent, and the bathroom tent and the main "frame" that housed it were in excellent condition. The star bed was under repair but we did not mind that. 2) The bush walks were excellent, they are relatively easy walks/hikes panning over 1 hour to 3 hours. The sunset trek was really good with tea provided while watching the sunset. 3) The three staff members on site were very attentive and caring, leading the hikes, providing really nice food and ensuring that our safety was in check. 5) Special points to note were the warm water bottles kept at night and customizing the meals to the best of their ability. 6) The availability of electricity for only a limited period and lack of or limited mobile and data signals help one to completely relax after the bush walks 7) We were not able to see any animals but they views on the hikes all made up for it. 8) For any bird watchers or star gazers, this will be a really fruitful stay The only con was that the naturalist was not available on the day we were there. We think the bush walk experience would have been even better if a naturalist was there. We booked only on the day before, and it is understandable to not have all staff there. So, for anyone booking, a more advanced booking is recommended.
