I paid £1200 for a safari for three for March 2020. Due to the pandemic we could not go. We had one email from the company after numerous attempts to contact them. My insurance company said they would pay a claim as long as Master Campers confirmed they would not issue a refund. Despite two and a half years of sending messages/emails etc they have not done so. I wasn’t even asking them for a refund, just confirmation that the trip would not be refunded. It defies belief that they were unable to do this. I understand the pandemic was a difficult time but they were good at communicating when I was looking to book. I just do not understand why they have not been able to send a short message so I can make an insurance claim.
