Employees in all departments of the hotel are cordial and courteous and will try their best to solve problems during your stay. Furthermore, if you book the Safari, canoe & coach and other projects they provide, all of them will be picked up by a special car, so you don’t have to worry about finding transportation on your own!

The facilities are okay, the service is good, and the environment is very good. It is not convenient to go out to eat. There is no Chinese food in the town by tuk-tuk. I am not used to the buffet in the hotel. I can only stay for 2 days without food that suits my appetite. I can't stand it.

Best place to consider going, Staff is very kind and polite , A must visit place one could ask for . Pool area is good , Positive vibes , Garden area is good for relaxing , Rooms are good and well cleaned , Proper sanitisation and good hygiene , Food is amazing.

Hotel landmark, chitwan is a very nice and ambience. Very nice rooms and quality of room belongings is also superior. A lot of open area with lushgreen grass and pleasant view make it a best in the area. All foods are very tasty and all staff are very. humble and co operative. Special thanks to ravel desk's Mr. Shishir, Mr. Sushil Patak and R K Singh for there excellent services. An unmatched experience and like to visit again.

Fantastic service from the very service minded team. They made it a very unique experience. Highly recommendable! They are helpful in any way no matter what you ask for. We booked our stay last minute (2 hours before arrival) and was welcomed the best way possible. The location of the hotel is nice; close to the small market and where the safaris begin - and just 3 km from the elephant breeding center.

We had a nice room here with all that we required and it felt relaxed and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we were able to cool off with drinks and snacks poolside. What wasn’t so nice was the dining experience. The food was okay (warm not hot) but the dining area felt like a food hall, nothing luxurious about it. There is zero atmosphere here, it was like feeding time at the zoo. The other issue we had was an inability to change larger cash denominations into smaller. With the constant tipping in Nepal, the need for smaller denominations was something handled very well in other hotels. There was a tour operator onsite (in the foyer) who we turned to after the reception staff couldn’t help out. The tour operator was seen to be dealing in large handfuls of cash on a regular basis over the days but refused to change cash stating he had nothing to offer.

I didn't choose this hotel. I booked a Short Break through Intrepid. If I were to come back on my own, I would DEFINITELY choose to stay here! The staff has been amazing. The room is lovely. The property is beautiful. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The food has been delicious! It is a 5-minute drive into the town, yet it's very peaceful here. Oh, and a rhino just happened to walk past the hotel toward the park gate nearby within an hour of my arrival. The front desk called my room to let me know. I ran downstairs, and one of the staff fired up his motorbike, so I could see it up close (as close as I dared get!) This will be a memory I will cherish forever!

We stayed at Landmark Hotel in Pokhara and Chitwaan. We had a comfortable stay at both the hotels. Staff in Chitwaan was friendly compared to Pokhara. Rooms are a bit old but maintained well. Good for 1 or 2 days' stay. There is not much much activity around Chitwan other than the Jungle safari so it's good to take one day stay.
