The resort is located in Malgund, a little ahead of Ganpatipule. The stay area is different and beach access area is different, you have to cross the street to access beach. The beach area is beautiful and scenic. It has a cafe and well planned sitting arrangement near beach. One can sit for hours peacefully and enjoy the beach view. The stay area is walkable and all the main areas can accessed, or you have buggy option too. Breakfast had variety of spread, but lacked the taste. But the restaurant food is good. Rooms are clean, and have all necessary amenities. Not as spacious compared to what they charge.

Great place to take a break with family, we visited during the monsoon time and I would say it was beautiful during this time. Beach view villa was more than beautiful than we expected. Service, food was great too. Overall great experience.

Beautiful property.. Lush green and serene.. The beach front cabanas are nice....! Requires a little more detailed maintenance in small things like food service, faster and more availability of staff.. Otherwise quite polite staff but they are overworked.. Need to have more staff in heavily booked season If the property is a 5 star property.. The broken things in the room like mirrors, hinges, shampoo holders etc doesn't reflect a good 5 star hotel For a good relaxing stay.. Its a nice place.. Little steeply priced Aavo and bani in spa and pramodbhai in the buggy were really sweet

The property is amazing.The kids pool with slide, the seaview was cherry on icing.The food was good.Aaisha and Shubam at the reception were beyond helpful and always available.Viraj the manager understood our issue and smoothly help solve our concerns. A must visit Fern property for a relaxing getaway

I booked this hotel from Agoda & had a wonderful stay here. The property is beautifully maintained. The front desk staff Deep & Priyanka was extremely courteous and attentive, making us feel at home throughout the stay. I especially enjoyed the beachside Tide Cafe. Overall, a truly memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very nice place and near to ocean, Have private beach also food very good Wide buffet, Electric car for transport. Must visit with family and occupy Huge property weather is good Nice people and ganpati pule temple also very near can visit city also Near by a Konkan food joint called O fish can try also
