I was skeptical, but it turned out to be a very nice hotel. Room was very clean (including bathroom), the bed was comfortable with nice clean bed linen, a small built in kitchen was in the room. Wi-fi, desk etc - really everything you need if you want to work from hotel. I was on business trip, but I would also use it for family trips. Breakfast is available in the box (left on the shelf next to the door), in the box there is more than enough of good for one person. Again I was surprised, because it was a high quality package and the breakfast was worth the money I paid. I would say that this hotel is a very good 3 stars and could be more if I compare to other even 4* hotels.The street is quiet, 5 min walk to a very good typical German restaurant. Safe area.

Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel und komfortabel, sauber und der General Manager und der technische Manager waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, Sie werden sehr zufrieden sein und es gab einen super Fitnessraum und ein Spielzimmer sowie kostenlose Fitness- und Spielzimmer thank you Kanka👍

Hallo, wir waren wegen einer Familienfeier in Ratingen und haben uns für das JustStay entschieden. Waren begeistert. Der automatische CheckInn, Zimmercode etc. , alles war praktisch und hat gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war groß, modern und sehr sauber. Von der Lage auch praktisch. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min. in der Innenstadt, Lage absolut ruhig. Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und würde mehr solcher Häuser begrüßen. Hier passt Preis-Leistung absolut! Wer richtig frühstücken möchte, sollte dies dann außerhalb machen, ansonsten reicht die Box. Ist ja vorher bekannt. Bitte mehr Hotels von JustStay! Gruß Volker
