The check in was very smooth. The location was great on the main thoroughfare of Ratchaburi city. Buses from Bangkok can make a stop in front of the hotel. The room was basic. The toilet could be cleaner. As it is on the main road, you can expect traffic noise at night.

Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

Breakfast is terrible. The buffet was served until 8:30 a.m. but there was no heating of the food. Finished at 6 a.m. and left it to cool. until collection time It's not a big deal. I just want the food to be hot and fresh. The staff has no information about which rooms eat or don't eat breakfast. Asked like he was being questioned about why he came to eat. Hotel with good location in the city center Ratchaburi Province, got to stay in a Premier room with a king size bed, very spacious, complete with amenities, big screen TV, soft bed, clean line, lots of breakfast, good taste, there's Khanom Krok as well. Good service staff.

The room is clean and well-proportioned. However, the indoor parking lot is a bit small. There is a hair dryer in our room. However, we would like to have two sets of shampoo and soap if there are two people staying. The breakfast buffet is delicious Thai food. The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by hospitals, restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and sports stadiums. Overall, it is quite okay.
