We had a perfect overnight stay in this inviting boutique hotel. Unfortunately it was chilly in the mountains but the crew and the chef of the hotel did the best to comfort us. We got an upgrade of our room and he personally helped us around to enjoy our trip to the mountain. They offered us a delicious breakfast. In summertime this place for sure is the best retreat you can get! But even as we came there in march - which is literally winter time (and it was the coldest winter since a long time) we felt so invited and hosted. This kind of service really makes the difference! Especially when your hotel is not fully occupied you care about your guest and give them the feeling to be important! But beside this the hotel is charming and shows a lot of nice interieur details. My love and me were so impressed by the art ouvres hanging in the room.

Rooms are overrated- a junior suite had hardly any furniture and what was there was mismatched. We accepted a junior suite because they said the hotel was full and we paid a lot more. Once there, only 5 of 23 rooms were occupied- so they lied to get an upscale. The room had a large balcony which was appreciated except when the loud generated distracted with noise. Food is underwhelming (you have to request bread to eat the labneh; the staff did not know it’s unsanitary for them to peel the hard boiled eggs- you could see dirty fingerprints on the white of the peeled eggs. We sent them back and asked to get unpeeled eggs. Both hotel and restaurant staff are junior and inexperienced. Positive- the pool area (calm, secluded, relaxing )and its staff (client focused, friendly, trained). The hotel boosts yoga and trails- nothing is organized. There is nothing ‘boutique’ about the mishmash of style in the sprawling cavernous area for the rooms. The lobby was empty and void of any energy or vibes. A sad experience except for a pleasant day at the pool. The best parts of the stay at Cherry Bloosom hotel was outside of its premises. We left early

I had a very bad experience at the pool . Service level is minus zero. All staff and at the top of them the general manager of the hotel should get some courses in hospitality . They have no idea how to run a hotel & its facilities . They lack the knowledge & the ABC of hospitality. From an expert in tourism field , who has been to more than 40 countries around the globe & staid at the most luxurious hotels, they really look so naive when they called the hotel a 5* hotel . Very sad to see that the level of tourism went down to this extent . The general manager was claiming that the hotel is a 5* , it seems this the only hotel he has been to in his entire life .

A boutique hotel must give importance to details. Correct room with comfortable bed and good views. However, it is a pity about the general cleanliness of the room, dust in some places and dirty window glass and mosquito nets. Guest attention is friendly but poorly trained staff. The breakfast is very poor and, if you spend more than a day there, repetitive. The wifi connection was very poor even in the reception area. The pool is nice and clean but the access is uncomfortable since you have to go down the ramp behind the car access. Very expensive value for money.
