Everything was great at this hotel, amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. A 5-star hotel experience, with delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, attentive managers Mr. Salem and Mr. Mutaz, The posh furnishings in the forth floor made us feel as though we were staying in a palace! We spent two nights here for business during November 2021 but we would come back for a weekend break, Happy to see such services and standard in small city like Damietta.
