Location is good, average room size, friendly staff. However the shower cubicle is very small & not suitable for plus size person.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

The staff were very polite and helpful. I got a 20% off coupon and had a delicious meal at the restaurant. During happy hour, I got 2 bottles of beer for 15 Dhs.
The hair dryer has a weak wind power, so it might be a good idea to bring your own.
