"From the receptionist service, billboy and security are friendly and quite helpful. The lobby and front yard of the hotel are comfortable and pleasing to the eye, and the facilities in the room are good and nice. However, there is a mistake that makes it less comfortable, either only in room 1010 or there are still many rooms where the water heater is not functioning properly or there has not been a water heater. As a customer, we suggest that the procurement or maintenance of the water heater be considered, especially in the rainy season such as December"
