This is a new hotel, and it is fantastic. The entire building is immaculate, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable, as expected at a new facility. The unexpected is the level of customer service at this hotel. With a new building, generally, the employees are also new and just learning the ropes. While many of the employees are new, they are fantastic. Sorry, I can't name names, but I didn't get them. The hotel manager checked us in. He was great. He gave us information on the area and told us not to hesitate to call with any questions. When we got to our room, it looked like we may have well been the first people to stay in it. It was amazingly clean. I even got a text message checking on our satisfaction. We spent a couple of nights at the bar for a nightcap, and the bartenders made excellent drinks and provided us with "insider" information on the sites we were planning to see. They were both very knowledgeable about the area. The entire staff, including check-in/check-out, bar service, and food service, was highly customer-oriented. The hotel's management is doing a great job of finding talented employees. Three items to be aware of. There is no pool. The parking ramp, which is very nice, is $15 daily. There are no ice makers on the floors, only ice/water dispensers to fill small containers. If you need ice for a cooler etc, the front desk will get it for you. This could be an issue on a busy day, but it wasn't for us, as the front desk staff gladly filled our cooler.
