"We were looking for a special place to stay during our trip to Liguria, the main criteria of which were a breathtaking view of the sea from the window and the opportunity to experience high-quality service. Both criteria met and even exceeded expectations. The heated infinity pool was a great pleasure. It was a surprise to find a robe that was not up to the elbow of my 2 m tall man). I thank the hotel administration for a wonderful, albeit short, vacation!"

"This is a new apartment, in the center! Clean, comfortable, there is everything and even more! The owner put even patches and olive oil! Beautiful bed, balcony and kitchen and bathroom! The apartment is not small, lots of shelves to fold everything! A fantastic apartment! Separate thanks to the host! He is wonderful! I recommend from all the soul"

"Отель в очень удобном месте: 10 минут пешком от вокзала, на набережной. Нигде не указано было, поэтому напишу, что в номере есть мини-холодильник (вода в нём платная, но можно её не брать, а холодильником пользоваться). Санузел, как у нас принято говорить, раздельный. Рядом перекрёсток с круговым движением, при открытых окнах шумно, но ночью тихо."

"Чудовий готель у самому центрі Рапалло. Кімната чиста, простора, непаганий сніданок, який був включений. Вид з вікна правда був трохи специфічний, в ”типове італійське подвір'я” з відповідними нюансами, але ж то теж характерна Італія, яку любиш.."

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

Especially, there is no plug in the room, so when I go to borrow it,
The front desk says I want you to go to the lounge and borrow it, so when you go, there is only one, so return it immediately ‼️❓
Isn't it strange? There is only one bottle opener in this hotel ❓ Obviously, the young male staff with an atmosphere that I don't want to lend is the worst ⤵️

The welcoming staff is so kind and helpful, the breakfast was simple but very tasty
I was a little bit annoyed by the noise because rooms isolation wasn’t good enough but it’s okay I supported
I highly recommend it for solo travelers like me because the location is perfect and the prices are really correct
Spécial thank for the welcoming agent who advised me where to go and swin ☺️
