賓館後面就是烏蘇里江廣場，餐飲及遊覽烏蘇里江船歌誕生地方便，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，老闆熱情服務態度好。

設施：燈光不夠用亮烏燈黑火來説，衹有床，被單也沒有換，我們在房間裏沒走出門口，那個服務員直接把被子拿起來動了動就放回去！沒有換就給下一個客人用的！
衞生：非常差，地墊看它好像用了20年那樣子，可能是從來沒有清洗過！地墊上好多煙頭燙的
環境：差，不知道用什麼來説
最搞笑的就是這間光晨酒店是舊酒店返新一點牆紙就説新店，2023新開的！
不知道攜程網管理員是咋麼來平店的，管理層説是2023新開店
這個問題，衹是針對攜程網管理問題，不針對酒店！
是攜程網上唔到我訂房

自駕導航到了卻發現不了酒店在哪，四周黑黑的好恐怖，司機下車一點點湊上去才瞅見外牆和門面都黑乎乎的賓館，樓梯完全沒有燈光，尋着二樓亮光上去才看到前台，有兩個女的分散半躺在大廳沙發上，看見我們才慢慢走到櫃枱裏，房間抽風機嗚嗚響，沒有瓶裝水，沒有吹風筒，啥都沒有居然要收按金，我們下樓外出吃飯才看到一樓樓梯燈的電源開關就順手開了，淋浴間排水差，幾乎都漫出去了，早上起來才發現窗户外居然是一堵牆，退房時，4個女的互相推搪到底誰去查房，其中一個還點上一根煙説“你等着，查好才退按金”一副欠揍的樣，真不知道好評是怎麼來的，還好衹住一次，僅給後面的人提個醒！！！

前台接待的小妹妹脾氣超好，有問必答不急不躁！酒店斜門口就是饒河博物館和南山公園以及抗日烈士紀念碑，博物館早上8點半開門，我因趕路走的早，起早轉了南山公園和沿江公園，沒能看館，衹能留下遺憾啦！

攜程定位不準確，實際位置在南山公園門前，電話問前台，具體位置解釋不清楚，就會表達燒烤店火鍋店。建議加強培訓。

前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，中秋節每個房間還送了水果，感覺很温暖，20年回家鄉一次變化很大，希望家鄉發展越來越好

房間不錯，地理位置好，離烏蘇里江船歌誕生地150米，南山公園（抗日遊擊隊紀念碑）、博物館就在跟前。博物館沒參觀。
