Horrible experience. This is a very old hotel, and did not maintain /update their facilities for long time. Trip advisor showed good reviews before Covid time. However, as many travellers say in recent reviews, this hotel has full of dust and mold. We paid extra for larger room with bathtubs. But I have never seen that bathroom was so dirty with dust , stain, and mold.. The amenities were never changed for long time, so packaging had stains & out of date. The fridge & aircon were broken. Inside of fridge had mold. The coffee mugs and spoons were left as the previous traveler used, and never washed. So sugar was sticked to these items. This hotel was booked for us by our travel agency. They quickly changed our hotel to another hotel due to this horrible situation.

Room costs 750K rupiah per night. no elevator. hotel is not maintained, bath and toilet very dirty, never cleaned (like most hotels)!!! Staff very friendly. Changed rooms 3 times (filthy).Minibar cannot be kept cold..cobweb balcony full of ants..
