Had booked Standard Doppelzimmer; ended up with a very small room at the top level. The bathroom door could only be opened partially and hit the sink. Bathroom looked extremely dated (i.e. deferred maintenance and cleaning). Window was difficult to open and close and the tilt function was not working (again, maintenance issue). Because there's no A/C need window for ventilation esp. during warm days. Bed was ok, but pillows seemed to be very old as they collapsed to nothing once lying on them. As for the room - very disappointing ! esp. since the website pics imply something different. Breakfast was good but hard to make up for a bad night's sleep.

A very nice restaurant, also for larger groups. The hotel quality is what you would expect from a hotel of this price range. We regularly let our touring crew stay there. The hotel is very conveniently located with loads of parking. Why not five stars? In my rating scheme, I need to be willing to drive a 30+ min detour just to dine here - and that would be a tad too much to ask. Other than that, when in the area, it is highly recommended.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Freshly ironed bed linen. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy free parking behind the hotel. The hotel restaurant has excellent cuisine with a very varied menu and a beautiful presentation of the dishes on damask-covered tables. We had asparagus cream soup with strips of smoked salmon. This had a nice taste. As a main course we had “Eisenbachs Schlemmerpfanne”, grilled tenderloin, pork tenderloin and chicken fillet. Served in a saucepan with a delicious mushroom sauce and röstie rounds. All 3 super tender and perfectly cooked. This dish only cost €23.80. Highly recommended is Hotel Eisbach!

We just spent a 2-day conference at the Hotel Eisbach and were very pleasantly surprised. Due to the low price of the room, we didn't have particularly high expectations. Some of the rooms themselves were very small... but the rest was just great! The team was really accommodating, attentive and responded to our every request quickly and in a friendly manner. The food was amazing, so delicious, fresh and varied. All special requests were accommodated, vegetarian, vegan, oat milk for lactose intolerance... you name it... The whole thing was uncomplicated, quick and flexible. We'll be back soon!

I felt at home straight away. Nice staff. Nice, homely restaurant. Fine pilsner on tap. Tesla Supercharger at the same A3 exit👍 Price/performance ratio is definitely good. I'd be happy to charge again😎
