No TV channels at all
I noticed some residents didn't receive code for getting keys to their rooms. I'm not sure whose fault it is, but no one answered the leave phone no.

Very bad. Highly NOT recommend.
The hotel has a lousy policy that check-in is not allowed after 9pm.
And the host is unreachable for any assistance needed.

酒店晚上九點關門，因為下雪路上車輛行駛較慢，因此我們晚上8：30pm打電話請求能否延長几分鐘辦理入住。對方接過電話表示超過9：00pm一分鐘也不能等，並且直接掛電話。我們晚上八點五十左右到達，對方已經關門，打電話溝通時，對方態度極其差，並且掛斷電話。再撥電話時對方關機！行為極其惡劣。從來沒有遇到過這樣沒有素質的人。

チェックイン前に管理人に電話をして、鍵の番号を教えてもらうシステムですが、何度電話してもつながりませんでした。20回以上電話をしてもつながらず、通りすがりの近隣のホテルの管理人の方に助けてもらいようやくチェックインできました。今までにない経験で、怖かったです。

自己淋了雨，不能讓別人和我一樣。
和朋友在冰島租了車，一共在這裏住了兩晚。
第一晚：晚上10點多到了酒店門口，發現聯繫不上酒店工作人員。電話不接，郵件不回，看訂房時酒店發的郵件工作時間是下午4點到下午9點，過期不候。十分焦急，以為一晚上兩千多還得是車裡。
🌟重點：後來發現後邊有個白色房子，就去嘗試了下，然後一個非常熱情的小哥，打了一個電話，給開了房間。
第二晚：因為訂房時房間不夠，然後兩天定的不是一個房型。第二天下午5點，給酒店發了郵件，但是未回覆。之後又斷斷續續打了好幾次電話，仍然沒人接聽。晚上到了酒店，又去了後邊房子，那個小哥又給開了房間。
🌟🌟總結：最好提前發郵件打電話看看有沒有回覆，沒有回覆，到了地點，別管幾點，直接去後邊白色房子説要check in.

Not worth the cost
Kids living behind property constantly drove an ATV by our window. Lots of vehicles going back and forth. Bathroom smelled of mildew. No functional hook for shower head. Throw pillows were stained with an unknown liquid. Upstairs family room was nice but required climbing stairs that really should be called a ladder.
