Bruno Comfort Suites

I need you to understand I have been traveling for about 7 months away from my immediate family. We made a plan to get everyone together at a certain time to make a phone call to talk on New Year's Eve. I am in South Africa and they are in the United States located in four different states. That is five different time frames we had to coordinate. I made sure I rented a hotel that would have internet so I can make this call. I miss my family dearly. Because Bruno Suits lied regarding services provided, I was unable to talk to my family or even my Mother on New years. Infact because we chose to stay at the property for two nights, we paid for two nights before we saw the property, I wasn't able to call my family till I got home to my own internet. Who doesn't have internet these days? If you don't have internet that's fine but don't advertise that you do! We arrived at Bruno Suites New Year's Eve evening and after a several minute wait to be let into the property things appeared very nice..., but at a second glance everything, everything was falling apart. Nothing worked, amenities were missing, like internet/wifi. No internet! Are you kidding me!?! Details listed on booking sites are not accurate. We did have a mini fridge but that's it! No kettle, no kitchenette, no plug adapter, the light in our room didnt work so they provided a desk lamp. It's a great competition. Do we watch TV, plug in the refrigerator or have light? The fan in our room doesn't work. No AC. Oh yeah, the TV in our room doesn't work. The lock on the door doesn't work. Shower is falling apart. There's a hole in the flooring next to the bed you may fall through it any minute, windows are boarded shut on some rooms. I rented two identical double rooms. They gave me one double room and then gave me a single room telling me the double room that they did give me was as a favor even though I paid for two doubles. In the end I got cheated out of money. When i called about the pool before we arrived I was told it had just been drained but there was a chance it would be refilled while we were still there. I don't know the last time they cleaned this swimming pool but I'm sure no one has been in it for a month, maybe a year. The pool table was isted with the amnimities, we uncovered it to play and it nearly fell apart! Poolside bar, restaurant, breakfast, use of a kitchen NO, NO, NO. I highly highly doubt they have an airport shuttle so if that's something you're looking for I would not suggest Bruno's. They list a kitchen but they don't have one for guest use. If you have to borrow plates you need to know these plates belong to the two women that work at the hotel, not the hotel itself so please remember to tip. Also, please remember it is not these ladies faults that there are so many things listed on the website that are not available. That is the management not these ladies.

Good day Guys this is a NO GO ZONE do not waste your time and money on this guest house . Dirty ,broken staff , bad customer service from Mr. Bruno himself. NOT COMFORTABLE AS THE NAME SAYS . BAD BAD PLACE
