Radson was a great host. The rooms are spacious and were comfortable and breakfast delicious. Overall we had a wonderful stay and are back next week in JHB and have decided to go back to Little Forest.

The place was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, the apartment was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. We loved the thoughtful touches in the apartment, like the welcome basket and the stocked kitchen. The host was an excellent host. They were always quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

A group of 8 of my friends all stayed at this beautiful guest house. The property manager was so helpful and very kind ! Betsie the owner was extremely accommodating and always available if we needed anything! Would definitely stay again !

A last minute trip to Johannesburg with my father and elderly dog. Bettie changed our room to accommodate both of them who are very frail. Radson met us on arrival and looked after us very well. The perfect place to stay if you need a place to stay for a few days in JHB. The property has a lot of stairs so be mindful of this - the forest setting is fantastic and the bird song in the morning a blessing.

Little forest is such a peaceful escape in the city of Joburg. The location is great - walking distance to shops and round the corner from 4th avenue which has a ton of lovely shops and restaurants. The rooms are all different and unique with comfortable bedding, luxurious bathrooms, wifi, tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast can be arranged, and is homely and convenient. I would definitely stay here next trip to Joburg.

We recently stayed at Little Forest Lodge in the Mali Suite which is comfortable with quirky decor including a lovely slipper bath plus everything necessary required in the room to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The staff in particular are quite amazing, nothing was too much to ask of them and a they are huge asset. With many trees and constant birdsong, this Lodge is amazingly right in the heart of Johannesburg with easy access to main hospitals and shopping malls.
