Lovely hotel grounds and rooms. Beds very comfy Best breakfast. Dinner was lovely Raining when we were there which was a pity. About 40mins drive to mt Etna nord Few mins drive outside the town On the side of mt Etna Dinner was lovely too Big rooms

Impeccable grounds. Basic but immaculate rooms. Spectacular views of Etna. Ultra clean pool and deck. Fantastic restaurant. Accommodating host AND a courteous professional staff. An oasis of peace and tranquility. Less than 20 rooms and suites. If you don't like these kinds of amenities.

EQM is a lovely country style boutique hotel. We booked a junior suite. Unfortunately we did not realize that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. Not for us. We asked staff to move us to a one floor room and smaller was OK. The room we were given was next to an outside social area. It's supposed to be quiet by 11pm. But it wasn't. Party at the restaurant, kids running around etc. Sometime after mid-night it quieted down. We were not happy. On the positive, the restaurant was excellent; not to mention the outstanding selection of wines. If you are travelling with kids, this may be a perfect place. As a couple, we would not return.

Wow! What a beautiful location! added to an outstanding Service! We stayed in room 10 for six nights. We really felt pampered from day one with Valentina, the receptionist, followed by Elenia in the morning shift, while having an excellent breakfast, and being luckier and luckier at dinner time, served by Mathias! Such educated, helpful and professional waiter. We just loved him! Keep it up!!!! We did not even think twice, me and my partner to leave the place to eat somewhere as we were welcomed and served always with his contagious smile. The food was excellent and so was the presentation! and although the restaurant was busy especially at weekends with outsiders, the quality and the quantity of food was regularly of a high standard! Thank you all for your dedication, professionalism and above all your humility. A big thanks to all the staff including the housekeeping as our room was always neat and clean. It is very appreciated. Thank you for accepting to extend our stay another night and also for your special accommodation offer! Definitely, we will come back again. Until then, we wish you the best. Keep it up! we were blessed to have such wonderful staff like you. You are the best!
