Homewood Suites by Hilton Ontario-Rancho Cucamonga

Amazing experience from the time I arrived at the hotel. The hotel customer service is amazing they’re renovating but breakfast was decent, as a Diamond member they kept in contact with me through text asking about my stay; and if I needed anything. First time I really felt like a Diamond member. My room was nice, I noticed a stain on carpet and Lili housekeeping and Albert maintenance fixed my issue very quick thank you!! Davion you were fantastic your team made my stay excellent!! I will return!!!

We booked a room on points for a last minute stay but realized it was the wrong room upon arrival. Rhonda at the front desk was more than accommodating and quickly moved us to the room that worked better for the family. We actually extended our stay the next day and Jenn at the front made that process seamless from going from one rewards payment to a completely separate account and payment while keeping the same room. Every person we encountered at the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel was recently remodeled and looked fantastic. Very clean and quiet with a location near food and activities.

The hotel seems brand new, it's very clean and inviting. I have had nothing but pleaseant and helpful experiences with the staff, they are attentive and friendly. The quality of the room and service is fantastic at this price point. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied and would like to stay here in the future.

We have stayed here before and the place and staff never disappoints us! Check-in was easy and fast and our suite was as always perfect! Breakfast was good too. Too chilly to try the pool this time. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and will be back some day soon!

The location is far away from Los Angeles. It takes min 1-2 hrs in day time to reach any place in Los Angeles. Second thing is that sofa beds or extra beds are terrible. We request another bad and it is same again. They are not comfortable. I give 1 only for beds. Breakfast was average.

Disrepair Disinformation We checked in after midnight. On a long road trip. We chose (and paid extra) for the Homewood Suites counting on the “home away from home” experience - specifically a full kitchen with a full fridge (as we were transporting stuff that requires cooling. We get to the room. First to see a notice on the table NO WATER from 8:30 to Noon Second we put our stuff in the fridge - was set to 1 (out of 5) cooling level, my guess about 50 degrees. The knob to adjust the cooling level was missing (Pic attached) Front desk - useless When we checked in 1. No mention of the lack of NO WATER the next day 2. When asked for a late check out (I am a DIAMOND HHonors member) she said best I can do is noon. This experience is the 3rd time (of sixty plus stays) in the last year that has caused me to question the value of loyalty to the Hilton brand. 1. Diamond membership means close to NOTHING at this point 2. Properties are in a state of disrepair 3. Properties are severely understaffed. Staff is usually undertrained and does not seem very interested in providing any level of customer service 4. Renovations happens it is part of what you can expect to encounter - usually clearly indicated on the app / website with ample notice BEFORE you book and correlating with a reduced rate. This property has NO prior notice and did not even bother to let us know when we checked in. Foul on the play - shame on you Homewood Suites of Ontario. I guess it’s time to go back to the Marriott empire…
