The place is new so it’s really clean. Ambiance is great. The room is pretty big, comes with a couch. The location is great, near Victoria Gardens-outdoor mall. And lots of places to dine! The only con: breakfast was not so great! There were a few choices to choose from only. However, overall, a great place to stay! 4/5 for me!

The hotel is very quiet. There are hamburgers nearby, and there is also a target supermarket that can be reached by walking for more than ten minutes. More food to eat in a few minutes drive, park options The cleaning aunt is very old, and the water in the pool is always cold, so warm water is recommended. The twin rooms are not particularly large and are quite satisfactory. The breakfast was very rich and the waiters would fill up immediately. Self-service laundry, good

Feeling good, clean and comfortable, convenient to travel, and the surrounding environment is also very good.

The staff here are just the best. The breakfast staff, Marisol, Gavy and Mia were so welcoming and the breakfast and was fresh and tasty. The front desk staff, especially Brittany, are great. They would remember me and greet me each day by name. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and has a lot of nice amenities (pool, nice views) in a great location with lots of access to things in the area. Great stay and can’t say enough nice things about their staff!

I booked a King guest room on the first floor since I saw the good reviews on here. I was really disappointed. Nothing is free here. You pay for $12.00 p/day for parking, no free coffee or continental breakfast, which I knew, but I figured with the per night rate, and all the extra costs, I would be get a good clean comfortable room for my stay. Nope!! High price room for a bathroom that has bad lighting so if you try to put on your make-up good luck, not even a makeup mirror. Yellow'sh bathtub, mold spots on the shower tiles and curtain liner, which a curtain liner is $1.25 at the dollar tree so you would think it would get replaced. Not to mention I also picked up a few hairs from the shower before using it. NO microwave, the TV placement is off if you try watching TV from the bed, and little Kleenex in the box which emptied after a few uses. Overall, not worth it. I could only tolerate 2 nights. for my last night I went to another Hotel really close by which was great!! They have a FREE coffee station near the lobby area, great comfortable clean room, and bathroom with fantastic lighting and a makeup mirror! And a good size Microwave with all the other great amenities. Did I mention a FREE continental breakfast, ALL for a lower room rate. On a good note, the front desk was friendly.

Compared to some other chains in this area, like Ayre's and Homewood, these suites leave a bit to be desired. This is especially true of the queen suites, which are not true 1 bedroom suites but ”studio suites” without a truly separate sleeping area. Also our queen suite only had 1 TV (and unfortunately, lacked even the usual CNN, MSNBC, ESPN channels. However, on the good side, there are above average beds and decent hot breakfast. Also, parking is free (I believe Homewood charges $10 for parking).

I stayed here once before, about 5 months ago… So, when visiting the area, I immediately selected this property again to stay at because I knew it would be a solid choice, and it was. The staff was friendly and efficient at checking me in. I requested a towel refresh after my first night and they brought me a bunch of towels, but didn’t take the used towels… not sure why, but at least I got new towels. The TV worked well, but the HVAC seemed to just constantly run and, though it cooled the room a little, it never got near the temp we selected, so it ran all the time and it’s too loud. Shower worked well and for the first time ever while staying in an Aloft, the hot water worked! I’ve stayed in many Aloft hotels and the hot water is always warm at best, including the last time I stayed here, but this time it worked like it should. I wish they’d fix the graffiti in the elevators and clean the place up a little. But overall, I’d return again.

Location was easy to reach and a not far from our destination. Plenty of shopping and restaurants also not too far away (but not so close as to be annoying). Pretty much the expected Fairfield Inn franchise experience. Felt completely safe. Clean, bright, and organized, inside and out. Airport-style luggage-racks available. Front desk staff was fantastic and friendly, during every encounter; above and beyond expectations. Breakfast staff was also hard-working and effective. Spanish quiche, and bacon, were great the first day, but never returned; just sausage and sausage + egg biscuits. It was, however, probably the biggest oatmeal bar I've ever seen; something like 18 choices of toppings. Plates, napkins, and plasticware were always available; drives me crazy when some places feel the need to lock them all up at night. Small cantina, I never stepped in to see what was there. (My wife did go looking for a ”big C” beverage, but left disappointed; all they had was the ”big P”.) Minor annoyances (and I'm really reaching here): curtain would not close the last 6 inches, had to use a ”chip clip”; one of the tv remotes did not work, just used the other on both; bathroom door squeaked; Trash cans are very tiny for a ”once a week” cleaning; Sleeper sofa was as good as any; but that's not saying much; Elevators were quick, but spent more time shuddering to a stop than they did moving between floors. We could feel it all the way in the room; wife thought there was an earthquake every 5 minutes.

Breakfast is not bad, breakfast in the United States is relatively simple, the breakfast of this hotel is quite complete in Western food, in addition to bread and other mashed potatoes with ham

I love this place, clean, well stocked, and conveniently located near everything I could possibly need! Will definitely be coming back! 😄
