There was hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone got a haircut in there. I was switched to another room and had the same problem in that one. The only offer was a lint roller to clean it up.

Hidden parking fee is disappointing. I made a decision on price compared to nearby hotels and was surprised to be hit with the parking fee. I won’t be staying there again.

Every team member—from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making my stay perfect. A special thank-you to Tokiko who worked at the staff desk, she went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. She was awesome! Please let her know that I appreciate her hard work. The location is ideal, close to major attractions yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day. I also loved the breakfast in the morning—fresh, varied, and delicious. In short, Hotel exceeded all expectations. I felt truly cared for, and I will absolutely be returning. property and stay was very pleasant except the breakfast attendant was extremely rude if you asked for anything they were out of like forks or milk or batter or whipped cream or napkins she was chatting with a hotel guest and refused to help the breakfast area was a total mess and out of everything including forks napkins and just the simply necessity’s

Not Bad I had mixed emotion about reviewing. The hotel was clean, the desk person Brianna was very helpful with a lock/card issue that I and others had. I thought the breakfast was mediocre was best. I was there to play in a 2 day golf event so in those situations, I don't have high expectations but I like the basics to be good. The lock issue was an annoying but not a deal breaker. As previously mentioned, the facilities were clean and the room amenities were in good order.
