Chanakya Bnr Hotel

It’s my third time there and I always had a very warm and welcome service. Last time I also got an Up-grade and was very very happy after travelling around in Bihar and Jharkand.

During my previous visit to Ranchi I stayed here for one night on 26/04/2024 at this property but my experience was not good and I had shared my experience on Tripadvisor. In reply published here General Manager Mr Sudhir Mishra had assured me of improved service on my next visit. I, accepting his gesture, stayed here again for one night on 07/11/2024. Because of air conditioning cooling issue, my room was finally changed to 423 and I spent my night comfortably. It’s renovated room with good cooling. Since it’s just came in operation as have been told my hotel staff, it had some or other kind of wall painting/floor tiles’ smell, but it was ok. Room is nice. Bed linens were clean and hygienic. Toiletries and other basic amenities were available in the room. Housekeeping staff were polite and cooperative. All staff including Front Desk staff were humble and professionally attended me. Mr Shahzad Khan and an another senior staff (I don’t know his name) were very supportive. There seemed to be attentive too. I had dinner at restaurant where too I received good gestures. Restaurant staff including Mr Bijay Gorai provided proper service to me. Neatness and hygiene were seen this time too. However due to Chhath Puja festival, occupancy was very low. After dinner I took a round inside the premises ie open space of the property and enjoyed the evening as the weather was fine. In nutshell, I can term my stay as awesome stay. I hope, I will receive same or better service next time also.

We have a excellent experience during stay at Chanakya from check in to check out. During check in time, we received a warm welcome by the staff at reception and room allotted within a short time maintaining all formalities. Room service and house keeping were prompt. Quality of food was also good. Hassel free bill payment gave me a good experience.

I had an amazing stay at BNR Chankya , Ranchi .They always have a special personal welcome by the duty manager Ms Suhana . Suhana’s attentiveness to some special requests , delivery of it was extremly appreciated. Thank you so much. The smiling faces from the front guards (every time), entry, reception, housekeeping and restaurants is always dependeable. Well done Guys. . Nice rooms. The stay was good and very nice the people of chanakaya bnr was also good i lovee to saty with chanakya bnr ranchi also I would like to mention miss suhana she is very corprative and kind the breakfast was also good rooms are nice ………………………………..
