I booked the hotel for my family members consisting of 3 person but no room was available .I was advised by the receptionist that extra mattresses will be provided.But thàt too was provided around 11.00PM after several requests.
The experience is not pleasant.

Room is good but food quality and quantity is very less & poor. Suggested to not include breakfast and dinner in room tariff.

the property is promising
i have stayed for multiple times since 2022 but the service as well as maintenance has degraded. the item mentioned in menu card & very very simple to prepare are responded as not available for example fruit salad. the reason for the same stated as "fruits are limited & available for buffet only". an omlette has been charged ₹ 163/- which is nowhere present in the menu card. on questioning the reply was the same has been arbitrarily put. there was no electric kettle available. no sachet holder. even the exhaust of the washroom was opened & the authority was unaware. there were other service issues also.

Room service is poor.I was disappointed with the room service during my stay. Despite multiple calls to request basic services, the response was delayed . Items requested took a long time to be delivered, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. This lack of attentiveness

It’s a stinky, spoiled and to my experience it’s the worst place i have stayed by paying so much money, i couldn’t even take a dump as the bathroom water was stinking

Hotel manager Abid is nice. please do not book dinner, dinner has present dhali which they insist to take at room. Better go to rooftop resturant, price is reasonable. Breakfast has lot of variety, prefer to go early. Room is well maintained and clean, I has 4 Bed occupancy. Very spacious and good for 3 Adults and one kids.

The property is on main road so no difficulty to find the property. Food is good and all the amenities were provided. Toilets can be more clean although it was clean but lilo more cleanliness will value add the property.
