Tried gave lower room -economy even premium room was booked. Tv was not working. Very poor staff. Plates are still laying on table after dinner in room even after making call twice for clearing.

Location, amenities, services were all good. Food also had variety and of good quality. The only strange thing in the hotel was that there were no windows, all fixed glass panes - so you are entirely dependent on ac.

Location of the property is very good, at the centre of the town, closer to station and has very easy access to come out of the town. Staff are well-behaved.

The property is located on the main road very near to ranchi station. There are ample parking spaces. The rooms are very good, cosy and well furnished. The food is awesome. The services are prompt and always with a smile and eager to help. The staff are very polite and humble and courteous.
