Facility need to fixed & improve, shower bath & jetspray already leak, toilet should wait few minute too use for refuel tank. Need more to improve so we can stay comfort

Location, service, cleanliness, facilities were all not good. The hot spring wasn't warm at all and room service had to be paid in cash, but no change was given.

Untuk Breakfast nya bad, karna dengan harga 1,7 porsi breakfast nya ga kenyang, ga puas. Makanan nya dianter ke kamar dengan keadaan dingin, coba masih panas pasti lebih enak dengan cuaca yg dingin. Ada sereal tapi ga ada sendok nya, alhasil pake sendok bekas makan nasi. Kalau untuk room so far mantep👍🏻
