Excellent hotel - good service overall. Their restaurant can’t handle business during peak times but food is good, comfortable beds, big rooms, good room service, excellent location and has an auto stand outside which is convenient. In a quieter area except when trains run. Would highly recommend people choosing this place. A bit expensive but we felt safe and comfortable here They provide excellent fare during breakfast and best part is, they use a lot of traditional options that aren’t normally available elsewhere

The rooms are spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, and well-maintained. We stayed in both the family room and the superior rooms. The family room is particularly large, featuring one queen bed and a single bed, making it an excellent option for a small family with one or two children. The superior rooms are also comfortable and provide good value for the price. One of the advantages of this hotel is its in-house restaurant. While the food is average, it is edible and includes some North Indian options, which is a plus for travelers seeking variety. The hotel’s location is another highlight—it is situated on the route to the Dhanushkodi Highway, making it convenient for those planning to visit both the Rameshwaram Temple and Dhanushkodi. Overall, it’s a good choice for families looking for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Had selected the hotel after going thru many reviews, but it was much below our expectation. The room size is sufficiently large, but washroom is very small. The room AC had a terrible sound and the service is not good. When we asked for more Tea bags, it was not delivered. Further, the complementary breakfast is not upto the standard. They could not even provide a simple Masala Dosa. Sad. Was very disappointed. But Rameshwaram being a small town, getting a decent hotel is a challenge

The hospitality and helpfulness of the executives and staff at Vinayaga by Poppys Rameswaram goes above and beyond. While the hotel in itself has well maintained rooms and a delectable choice of food items from their menu, I’d also like to quote a personal incident. During my 2 days stay at the hotel, I had a pretty bad health scare because of which I needed instant hospitalisation. The general manager, Mr. Ranjith, took us to a nearby hospital in his personal car alongside the assistance of his colleague and executive chef, Mr. Prashant, who stayed with me all throughout to help with language translation and any other help required. Beyond that, after I was back to the hotel, they kept checking upon my wellness. Their warmth is really appreciated. The front desk staff - Ms. Mathi, Ms. Abhinaya and Ms. Rosy - were also helpful with providing travel suggestions around the city and figure out the best way to utilise my time in order to cover all the places. Kudos!

I stayed with my family while visiting rameswaram in September 2024. We directly entered the hotel without booking Good front ofice staff It is a Nice place for family. Nice location Nice rooms Enough parking area Good staff. Worth staying in this hotel

Excellent stay. Very friendly staff and great hospitality right from check-in to check-out. The staff at reception, room service, restaurant...they were all very very polite...special mention to Kali Dass, Prashant and their team...they all took very good care of us. Keep it up. I will surely like to stay with you again.
