Seven Hills Pamban Island Resort

Location quite good and opposite to beach in a peaceful area. Food is good and needs improvement. Other facilities provided are too good. Staff is not experienced and a lot more require for satisfactory service at the reception and in the restaurant

It’s at a good location, but hotel staff is pathetic. Their rooms are not child friendly. My one year got hurt and bleeding heavily, we have asked for bandage they told, but did not bought despite multiple follow ups. Their breakfast is almost same on everyday. Staff is not at all supportive. We have done early check in for that also 2 different staff asked different prices.

bad experience! breakfast : they refuse to give black coffee even for extra payment. very less variety only available for breakfast. the staff in the restaurant were not attending the customer. - entrance : - ⁠in front of the gate, the entrance way is not properly built. - management: - ⁠absence of manager. we cannot find any manager to manage the staff. -i will not recomand this place

Good sea facing location. Average Breakfast with less varieties No hot water Only 1 water for 24 hours, later Rs.30 per bottle with additional tax. Room doors are not opening easily, every time you need to call support staff to open the rooms.

Poor room service room allotted was different than what was mentioned as we did not had balcony no sea view from room

Location exellent close proximity of agni thermal. Rooms are clean. Now area of improvement slow servicing. If you ask room cleaning at 9 am, they will revert back at 4 pm. Resturents also long waiting time. Some maintenance required in rooms also as lock is not working properly. I think they are less staff. Causing the delay. So overall average stay there.
