The rooms are basic - but the ACs are in good condition- so I slept well The bathrooms are a good size Ask for amenities Their restaurant needs improvement in terms of quality Staff is very good They have a terrace too - where we dried clothes after the ‘kund snaan’ - very useful

Am visiting Rameswaram with my parents. I wanted a comfortable stay for them and after lot of research booked the hotel only to experience great disappointment. It was a terrible experience staying at the hotel. On arrival we where allocated a family room 206 which had problem with toilet flush. We reported and we where provided with alternate room 213. On the next day morning we faced a similar flush issue in the morning at room number 213. After complaint technician came and he did nothing to fix which was time consuming and we got delayed for our temple visit. Reception promised to fix the issue before we return from our visit. On return reception confirmed the flush was fixed we came up and faced the similar issue. After blasting the reception they provided us a new room 204 & 205. When we moved to room 204 the AC in the room wasn't working. Over all its a terrible experience and its not value for money. All I came for peace and I completely lost my peace for two days.

After paying around ₹ 4000/- what we get. For Drinking water they give only RO filtered water, no bottled Mineral water (I doubt whether it was normal water or RO water because it was stored in open 20 ltr Bottle, no bathroom accessories except liquid Soap for bathing & Hand Washing (no other items), no Tea Coffee maker. In the name of Breakfast they provided fix thali which included Idli, Wada, Uttapam, Savaiya Upma, Rava Sira & Tea Coffee, No Bread/ Toast Butter, no North Indian items,No Juice, no Milk Shake, no Cornflakes, no cut fruits. No power, no power backup Since early morning till we vacated the hotel & very poor house keeping & it's staff. Overall very bad experience

If I have a choice ill give ZERO star for the experience we had at this place. We had booked the hotel via ***********, 2 months before our travel. Room cancelled without intimation - We were 4 families, with little kids who travelled all the way from Bangalore. After long and tiring drive, once we reach there, they said we have no reservation. Once we showed booking confirmation, they started fumbling and they started saying - you dint call, we had call etc. which was all false SCAM with all - So while were waiting at the lobby, we saw 2 other families who had the same situation. These families had booked in advance and once they arrived at the hotel, they were told there was no booking. This is when we understood, this hotel is a SCAM and bookings we cancelled deliberately. Basically they sold the room to others for higher price Staff's Rude Behavior - To cover up their scam, service staff at the reception started verbally quarrelling with us. Same was seen with other 2 families who were in similar situation. The person at the reception (named DAS) even called a elderly women in one of a family a CHEAT. Room Experience - After lot of debate and push we were given 2 defective rooms (for higher rates ofcourse!), one bigger one for all women and kids and one small for the men. Bathrooms were STINKING and rooms had MOTH. Unprofessional hotel - Overall, we felt these guess have NO EXPERIENCE in RUNNING A HOTEL and looked like they have experience running some cheap lodge. I can write a lot more for the experience they have given us, but will stop

Very good experience at the hotel. Nice cleanliness and courteous staff. The foos was good too. I had a little hiccup checking in but was well managed in the end. Very happy with the overall experience.

It was really awesome experience to stay. All members were polite. Want to thanks Murg Das specialy. He managed everything whatever we asked even we reached at midnight.. We wish him all the best for coming years.
