This place is nothing like the pictures. I spent one incredibly uncomfortable night here due entirely to its proximity to the airport and barely slept - the place is filthy, looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned if ever, rooms reeked of cigarette smoke that smelled like it had seeped deeply into the walls. I was nervous of being on the carpet in bare feet as it was that suspicious shade of brown. Furnishings are tired and falling apart, new carpet put on top of old disgusting carpet which was visible at the thresholds. Everything had a real 80s feel to it, especially in the so called “suites”, really awful dark decor which is probably used to mask the dirt. People next door to me had a party until almost 6 in the morning, despite numerous attempts to get them to lower the volume, so no sleep to be had for me either. That would’ve been a luxury anyway, as my television kept turning itself on repeatedly, basking the whole room in its glare - following my own efforts to do fix this I called reception, to be informed that maintenance had left so the security guard came to check it out. He did all the same things I did, and then gave up and pretty much wrenched the TV out of its socket, which did the job I suppose. All the staff I encountered were moody and pretty rude, not surprising given that nobody seems to care much about this place. Avoid it like the plague.

The front desk is nice and good welcome. The girl shirel is amazing and do for us effort and we appreciate her for that. But The room is very average the hotel is old and the beds are not very comfortable Old gear in the room and it’s no fresh air For this hotel

This hotel is simply run down and in a very poor state of repair. We arrived looking for the Ramada only to find it has since changed brand - this made it very confusing. The sign had literally just been taken down and placed on the floor on the ground floor security reception. After taking the elevator to the main reception I experienced an extremely rude check in. A young Ukrainian girl (who I didn’t see again, this was a Saturday) tried everything she could to make me feel unwelcome. After demanding various forms of documentation she threatened to call the police and told me that by checking in I was doing something illegal and would inform security. Very weird. Next she claimed I had no breakfast included despite my booking clearly stating I did, I even showed this to her but she offered no interest and refused to help. As a ‘gesture of goodwill’ she offered me a voucher for breakfast for one day - with a date expiry of the following morning - even though I was staying for 5 nights. When I protested I was met with more comments about illegality. I then had to spend 2 hours of my holiday speaking with *********** who then had to contact the hotel on my behalf to confirm I had indeed paid for breakfast. I just wanted to leave. The only reason I stayed was (despite my protests to booking and comments that the hotel has been incorrectly advertised and hostile) booking would not cancel and refund my reservation. So it was lose my money and leave or put it with it. I stayed but had all sorts of issues on my stay such as a broken television, flooding bathroom and one day I even did not get housekeeping services and had to clean my own room and request towels that never arrived. Seriously if you want a stress free holiday, avoid this place and ride entitled staff.

Nice and clean hotel, with great location in Ramat Gan. I liked the rooftop pool, air conditioner is good, and they cleaning the room every day. The hotel stuff is nice and helpful. I’ve been 3 times in the last month, and they upgraded me twice without even asking. Only the tv is switching on and off sometimes without a reason. A gym would be nice to add. Overall, I had a very good experience 👍🏻

Hotel is in a middle of a very run down area EVERYTHING is in need of repair and maintenance. Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was comfortable however. TV didn't work, bathroom was horrid, no water in the room, dirty walls, bugs in the room. Avoid!

Okay room but the breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice and the staff very friendly. Good location in Ramat Gan. Spent over a week at the hotel. There is parking for an added charge but okay since there is very little street parking in the area
