obviously it needs some serious renovation , but on a positive note , the staff are super friendly and efficient , rooms are spacious , breakfast is outstanding , location wise is perfect , what was missing is the right vibe , the reception area is very dull , the hotel facilities needs a lift up , with some serious investment this hotel can go back to its glory days

I stayed here for 2 weeks in late October and early November. The room was great. huge big room with a a great view over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful everytime. Great gym there as well. Great location and plenty of restaurants and cafe's close by.

We went to the revolving restaurant on the top floor. The food was delicious. The view was stunning. It shows a beautiful view of Ramallah. They have great cocktails too. The service was excellent.

Located approximately 30 minutes from Ben Gurion Airport. Has transfer. It has several types of rooms: for family and collective rooms. In our case, we had rooms for 3 people and rooms for 2 people, which was my case. The rooms have air conditioning, safe, clean bathroom with towel change, cable TV. In the case of the internet, it was a little weak sometimes because the hotel was full. The hotel is family friendly, with a spectacular atmosphere, with a theater, cinema, spa, gym and a panoramic restaurant on the 23rd floor. The break fast is very good. The menu has a few different dishes for those who want. We ate an excellent pizza. Excelent reception. The hotel is close to 3 tourist attractions and with some good restaurants nearby. We spent 6 days. Very good value for money.
