This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good.

Good hotel, no dinner
Nice hotel, good room and great surroundings. The fact that there is no restaurant or bar the day of my arrival came as a message after I booked (in addition there was just a smal food shack open in the adjacent village).

Es ist wirklich schwierig gewesen einen Geschenkgutschein einzulősen. Während der Saison erlaubt das Hotel nur mind. 4 Nächte, irgendwie hatten wir Glück und haben eine einzelne Nacht am Wochenende kurzfristig buchen können. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage, dem Gärtner gebührt hohe Anerkennung. Wir haben in einem Zimmer in der oberen Etage gut geschlafen. Wir haben das Resturant mittags, abends und zumFrűhstűck genutzt. Das Mittagessen war gut, zum Abendessen hatten wir reserviert und waren kürz nach 19 Uhr im Restaurant. Der stv. Restaurantleiter, der uns mittags freundlich bediente, war auch wieder da. Mein Wunsch nach einer Zusammenstellung von Käse- und Wurstplatte wurde erfüllt, meine Frau bestellte Fisch. Nachdem das Essen nach über einer Stunde immer noch nicht auf dem Tisch stand, sprach ich die Bedienung an. Man sagte uns, dass wir gleich dran sind. An den beiden Nachbartischen wurde auch Fisch bestellt, diese wurde, obwohl die Gäste nach uns kamen, vor uns serviert. 75 Minuten nach der Bestellung kam unser Essen, serviert vom stv. Restaurantleiter ohne jegliche Entschuldigung. Bei allem Stress ist so ein Verhalten inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit regionalen Produkten und motivierter freundlicher Bedienung.

Wir waren nicht zum Uebernachten hier, sondern als Tagesgaeste im Spa und Wellnessbereich. Die kompetente Massagetherapeutin hat uns beiden eine sachkundige Massage verpasst die so entspannend war, dass ich fast eingeschlafen waere. Mein Partner war auch im Schwimmbad und hat das warme Wasser genossen. Vielen Dank fuer das unvergessliche Erlebnis.

Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältniss im Herbst, sehr schönes gepflegter Pool, kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr guter Service mit sehr netten Personal.
Als negativ haben wir die niedrigen Betten und die flockigen Kopfkissen empfunden.
