Motel 6 Raleigh, NC - North

One of my favorite hotels in Raleigh $50 deposit no bugs no loud people outside. It’s a very chill spot right beside Denny’s and Bahama breeze.

I was overall satisfied with my stay. My customer service representative Gayla did a great job checking me in‼️ She put me in one of the renovated rooms which was nice overall. Not a big fan of the style sink they chose to use, I like having more counter top space, shower pressure was excellent. I was not pleased with the fact that I had to leave a deposit and was told it’s because I used a 3rd party app to book‼️ I know this is nonsense and the real truth is for another review altogether‼️My room was on the 2nd floor and as I stepped off the elevator, was greeted with the overwhelming scent of ********* as I was also told at check in this was a 100% smoke free motel, which is the reason why I choose to stay here‼️ Here’s a thought: Maybe this hotel should do like other hotels I have stayed at and keep locals out or charge them more to sway them from renting a room in the first place then customers don’t have to deal with noise and non compliant people that ruin the experience for others‼️ This is part of the reason you ask for a deposit, to pay for the stupidity of those that steal from you and ruin your renovations to rooms that some like me actually enjoy‼️ Also, why should I be punished for saving money as I travel for my work by using 3rd party apps when locals come in to party and do things they can’t or wouldn’t do elsewhere because they have no regard to others and eventually enough bad reviews will hurt you overall then the only people left that will rent rooms are your undesirables‼️

i stay in hotels full time & have stayed at many other hotels but none of them as good as ESA. ms.joyce & james are both super professional & very kind. the room is in great shape as well. i don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. i can’t think of a single complaint about this place or the service i’ve been provided by the staff. definitely worth booking a room here if you’re planning on visiting raleigh anytime soon.
Residence Inn Raleigh Crabtree Valley

Comfortable, convenient, and priced-right, this Residence Inn is a great choice in Raleigh. While its decor is not trendy and up-to-date, the bed was very comfortable (which, I think, is more important) and our room was spacious. Better yet, it's close to the Crabtree Valley Mall, which offers a multitude of dining options. We stayed here recently, while Covid-related restrictions were still in place, and the breakfast buffet had been replaced with a pre-order system -- you must order your breakfast the night before you plan to eat it. We didn't do that, so I can't tell you how efficient the process is. But it's available. We were pleased enough with our experience that we plan to stay again. Recommend it!

It was a very nice clean room! Front desk clerks were very nice greeters and efficient at getting you in! I did have a problem with the smell of smoke and whatever on my pillow which when asked they kindly took care of it. Great for someone to get away close to sheets! Good on your pockets as well!
Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek
4.3/5104 Reviews
If it was an option, I would rate the experience a negative 10. First - flight arrived at 12:30am and couldn't get a shuttle ride from airport to hotel. Called about 20 times and no answer. Had to pay for an Uber ride to get to the hotel. Second - in the morning, finish taking a shower and find out there are no bath towels. Had to use a hand size towel. Explained this to staff at check out and the response was ”oh, we're sorry”. After this experience, I will never stay at an Aloft hotel again.
