The hotel was converted from an American extended stay hotel, and is very suitable for friends who like to cook. The price is very affordable. You can ask the guy at the front desk for kitchen utensils and pay a deposit because a previous resident made the kitchen utensils very dirty and didn't wash them properly.

This Extended Stay was very nasty trash in the hallway with a very bad odor smell from the trash the baby diapers just filthy room smelling like smoke hair in the bathroom dirty microwave not clean at all kitchen sink stopped up takes a long time for the water to go down and they have roaches! Poor customer service will never go there again do not recommend no one To book at the Extended Stay On Appliance Court in Raleigh North Carolina

Our room size was very large and spacious, and clean. The location was just perfect, close to restaurants, Amusement center(Adventure Landing), shopping Mall, and grocery stores. And easy access to the Highways. The laundry facilities are clean and cleans your clothes good. The Manager, Yocara and her staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to everyone in my family. Thanks!

The staff is wonderful and the rooms are just as shown on pics on web..Anything i needed the staff was on top of it.. Great job.. Iam just so amazed how a hotel is perfect with a friendly staff and great manger

This place was AWFUL. The receptionist Beverly smelled and looked as if she had been smoking ********* when I attempted to check in, and maybe I disturbed her, because she was extremely mean and nasty to me the whole interaction. The only reason I didnt turn back and leave at that moment was that it was late, and I was checking out at 6:00 AM anyway. The hotel itself is a DUMP. Its filthy, trash everywhere, liquor bottle piled up outside, reeks of **** and cigarettes, everything looked as if the health department should intervene and shut this place down. DO NOT STAY HERE Literally 2 days later, me and both of my sons have rashes on the majority of our bodies. Presumably from bed bugs or some other fungus/flesh eating bacteria from the filthy place. How hard is it really to sweep up old mouse droppings?

i stay in hotels full time & have stayed at many other hotels but none of them as good as ESA. ms.joyce & james are both super professional & very kind. the room is in great shape as well. i don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. i can’t think of a single complaint about this place or the service i’ve been provided by the staff. definitely worth booking a room here if you’re planning on visiting raleigh anytime soon.
