Hotel was clean and somewhat remodeled. Room still had some areas that you could tell had not been updated... They basically did just enough to make it look good... It did remain noisy in the parking lot most of the night with people hollering and loud music playing.. bed was clean and comfortable.. Overall, for the price paid, it was a good choice of places to stay.

When I walked in the room the floor was dirty and it had roaches. I don’t even live with bugs at my house so I am traumatized from just walking in. Don’t go there please don’t

I've been staying in the red roof 3804 newbern ave. Its been a beautiful stay! The housekeeper staff is super friendly. And efficient kamchan and Dinesh make me feel like family❤️

Great location and excellent service! was incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, with a strong attention to detail that made a real differenceI had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great pet-friendly hotel! Clean, comfy rooms and no extra pet fees. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Location is convenient and safe. A solid choice for travelers with furry companions!; the manager gave my pet free snacks . Housekeepers were so nice and friendly.

I stayed here for Three nights and I had an amazing time. It was quiet, clean Room comfortable bed and the staff was help full, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again. The price was a great value good location. GREAT EXPERIANCE

Don’t come here idc how cheap it is. This hotel should be free, shouldn’t even be paying anything. we pull up there’s ********** all outside being loud, then we go to the rooms there are holes in the sheets, holes in the walls, the bathroom door was broken. roaches and water bugs everywhere. this place traumatized me.

Horrible area. Definitely need security guards or someone to patrol the area. Broken phone, plugged in but no dial tone or buttons. Seen a few roaches. Will NEVER go back again! The worst experience ever!
