The staff during the night were amazing as we needed a room asap and we got in with my people during a convention in the area and they all deserve praises or a raise for how they treated us!

For our one night stay it was pretty decent. Front lady was very nice. The room was clean however we did see mold in bathroom celling. The area around hotel is not the best; many homeless around but parking lot and hotel was okay.

Convenient and cost effective
Be careful which room you get... some have wardrobes, other just 3 pegs, no hangers!! (I pushed to get a hanger, was offered room c hange after id unpacked... did get 3 but really only needed 1

They canceled my booking before I even got there and they said they called me and emailed me which was a lie. And I was left to find a room last minute during the most busiest weekend up there. I went from suppose to pay $255.00 for two nights, to having to pay $318.00 for one night at a room that was twenty minutes away from downtown.

The property is terrible, it has black mold everywhere, the first room was smelling really bad and the send one too

The room was dirty, cigarette burns on the mattress in our nonsmoking room, wallpaper was peeling, carpet stained, and the toilet ran all night. Refused to use shower because the tub was so gross. Hotel not in a great area- worried about my car all night. All that being said, we didn’t get bed bugs and it was cheap. Don’t expect anything nice, but it is a bed for a night.
