Good breakfast, but heating was not working well and smoke detector kept going off until I fixed it myself. Finally got space heater on last day of my stay. Hotel is old and in need of updating/repairs. Service was poor, but is was the Thanksgiving holiday so they perhaps lacked adequate personnel.

Room was spacious and as nice as you would expect. Front desk was friendly. Around the property was a little iffy, made sure to bring all things in at night. Gas station directly in front of this hotel had some shady characters outside and around it. Wouldn’t keep us from staying here again, but just always be situationally aware.

The deadbolt would not lock because the door plate was bent and they did not care to fix it after I addressed it with three different people over a 2 night stay. On the 2nd night, a Latin/Hispanic type party/function raged on from when I walked in to 1st floor room around 7pm until 11pm. The floors and walls vibrated from all the base and I had to leave to not go insane. Then around 10 or so karaoke started and went till after 11. My room must have been right above the party.

Nice double room with a sofa, desk and two queen beds. Room also had a large flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a mini-fridge to keep cold things, coffeemaker and a microwave.
Conveniently located just off I-440 in north Raleigh.
Though it's located juts off a main road, the room was very quiet.

Room had mold, bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. 5 month old and husband both got sick after one night had to check out due to health safety. Property promised refunded but hasnt followed through as of yet or heard from anyone back. Cannot reach office phone just has busy signal.

We were charged $25 extra for early check in and then housekeeping was banging on the door before 9am. Why???? Check out was at 11am. Why was i woken up so rudely, but y'all got that money for early check in.
