I don’t know where to start, the lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t greet me. I’m guessing because I was black , since the next person was told where the elevator was and she greeted them with a smile and less attitude. And she looked at me as if I was at the wrong hotel. After leaving the room after 10 pm there was a salad bowl in the hallway and when we came back after 3am in the morning and it’s still there. We come to the elevator and it looks like blood on the floor. The man at the front desk with the white hair during the night shift was no better. We came to the front desk asking for towels and washcloths, he said how many and we said two. So we waited around so he didn’t have to bring them up and he keep saying I’ll get to you in a minute like we are bothering him waiting at the front desk for our towels , and we are saving him the walk. The staff was just rude, there could be better crew for clean up . With the prices at the Hilton hotels, I expect the quality to be better all around. However, I hope the employees are getting better training. This will be my last stay here , I have had other hotels with better service and cleaner facilities with better prices.
