It was not a bad place to stay, though we only ate three times for breakfast, 1 the last day which was free due to plane cancelation so they gave my daughter and I free breakfast but the other two times were 1 comp'd that a friend received for three people in which the other was paid for by a friend. Needless to say, I got charged $45 for one day of the breakfast which likely was because the waitress made us put our room #, though she said she understood our meals were comp'd. Sadly even after calling the hotel, speaking to one person who then sent me to the finance manager whom I left a message with but still hasn't called back in almost a week. Frustrating to say the least.

I had a great time in the hotel. The surrounds felt safe and I had a good time meeting new people.

The check in was awful, was two workers at front desk the line was unspecific people come and cut the line, I order a crib for my daughter’s room and never came, we have to sleep with the bay on the small bed.

I really wish it was Stated that the Hotel has a cintract with a swimming company and that they come in and take over half of the pool and paying hotel customers have to utilize the pool around them.them First

The King studio suite I had was very nice unfortunately it didn't come with a micro wave as standard... also for me the hotel is currently doing renovations and I was unable to use the hot tub spa area. The age and ware of the building is showing, I look forward to staying there again and seeing the finished results.

Last morning as I was leaving light would not turn off. When I came back from first day out there was nothing done to room. No clean towels. Water from shower runs out into bath room, had towel down to stand on became soaked.

Everything was good. The only tiny issues I had was one of the concierge was a little ride when asked about turning on the heater, and that the tub stopped up quickly during a shower

Great hotel and room, but the smell of pot in the hallways was somewhat overwhelming. Thankfully, the smell did not make it into the room. Main lobby and room were excellent.

We were given an older room, although it was on a high floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both woke with backaches from a very old style mattress. Breakfast was not included with the cost of the room, but since we experienced difficulty with our keycard working x5, we were added to “the list”. Choices were decent and fresh. Service was excellent. Dining room was clean and comfortable.

I been to this hotel several times for the past couple years and the hotel rooms itself need an upgrade. The wallpaper looks dirty, ceiling paint was coming apart and cracked, carpet was dirty needed a good shampoo or replacement. The shower knobs were rusty and ants were coming out of the shower at night. The overall quality is dated from the pictures that had water damage to the fire safety equipment. And lastly the elevators were dark and sound as though it needed new mechanics.

My main issue was I booked a king bed and was given two full beds with no way to remedy that. Orbitz was nice and gave some Orbucks which made it OK.

The front desk associate was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable . The aircondion in my room did not work correctly and my room furniture was very dusty.
