Kasa Village District Raleigh

Excellent spot, great apartment with a few gotchas Wonderful place (with a few annoyances), spacious, well-equipped, clean, great location, … BUT impossible to figure how to get on when elevator not working and no other instructions, one fob did NOT work, and toilet water had to be turned off when not using — ran noisily every 10 mins otherwise. But we got in snd enjoyed stay very much.

My review to them: I am 47 years old. Maybe I'm too old to be your customer. I found you through Marriott and hoped to earn double points. I've been in Airbnb and Virbo homes, and Kasa is clearly the most complicated. It appears that you spent a significant amount of time explaining your long procedure rather than simply shortening it. I got a handicap room with low switches and appliances, but I'm 6'9" and wish I had known that before signing up. Light bulbs were out or missing, I only had two towels, a busted closet, no television in the bedroom, taped over light switches, and broken kitchen knobs. The parking issue was unclear, and it cost me $215 to get my car back from the tow yard. I received eight emails from you, but only one contained detailed parking instructions, which I ignored because I assumed I had already gone through them during the application process. I received a text message containing the most of the parking directions, but the placard portion was missing. 0 stars, buddy.

This was honestly a great place to stay, the view is nice, it was over all very clean, and the residents are actually really friendly and respectful of eachothers space. I honestly would recommend this stay for families and couples. I would to like for kassa to work on the checkin scanner for new guest without a keyfob since my code didn’t unlock the door and a resident was kind enough to open the door for me.

Overall, I thought our stay was excellent. I loved the area my issue is that the day of check-in we were told that one of our rooms wouldn’t be available until the next day. So even though they confirmed they dropped us for a night and we booked two rooms at the same time and they were three floors apart.

Loved it Loved the space & ease of check-in. Instructions were very thorough and customer service is responsive! Would definitely stay at another Kasa location again if available!

Conveniently located and easy communication with management!! Comfortable and clean! I was happy to leave a positive review for Kasa Village but also feel TripAdvisor should not require 200 min characters. This likely deters many people from leaving reviews.
