Zagreb Camp Bungalows

Restaurant situated at the lake shore, great location, beautiful view. Interior cozy, wooden, music not loud, service excellent. The food was delicious! We had soup, fish, meat, desert and wine, just the right portions. Would certainly recommend ♡

Really lovely campsite, staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities on site are very good - showers and toilets are clean, restaurant on site, shuttle bus into the town centre. We were staying in a tent and the pitches were pretty good. The lake is really beautiful also

We stayed 4 nights and would definitely return! The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for our lovely stay! * PRICE * We stayed in October 2023 and it was approximately 28 euros per night as we stayed over 3 nights and so was eligible for the 10% discount. * LOCATION * Excellent. We got an uber into Zagreb that cost 10 euros. This takes about 25 mins. The campsite provides a shuttle bus to and from the closest train station but we did not use this. There is a shopping mall and plenty of supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. There is a small supermarket also in walking distance. * ON SITE FACILITIES * No shop on site but a small supermarket within walking distance. Think it is called Pekarne Sunce. There is a lovely restaurant overlooking the lake with a lounge bar downstairs. We ate here and really enjoyed our meal. Reasonably priced too! * WIFI * Free with an ok connection. It's not super fast and occasionally drops out but we managed just fine with it. * TOILET AND SHOWERS * Clean with hot showers. However, it would be nice if there was a mop in there so we could mop out the shower after we have used it. * LAUNDRY * Cannot comment but they do have washers and dryers. * CHEMICAL TOILET, GREY WATER AND WATER FILLING * Chemical toilet attached to the womens toilet blocks. The grey waste easy accessible. Didn't fill our water up so cannot comment on that. * ACCESS WITHIN THE SITE * The site is set out in a circular shape with the bathrooms being in the centre. Very easy to navigate and everything very close. * ACCESS IN AND OUT OF SITE * Great! The road is flat and wide whether you come in from the left or right. Perfect for large vehicles.

Stayed for 3 nights. A gem of a site. Had everything we needed, from clean hot showers, even underfloor heating. washing facilities. A great restaurant at the side of the lake with site access. Even did take-a-ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The train station is a 25 min walk to get into Zagreb. Zagreb is fantastic. We took a free guided walk, you pay at the end if you wish. Luka our guide was excellent. A peaceful site and would not hesitate to recommend this. Thank you Camp Zagreb.
