Location is amazing but don't go for online booking as we booked online they charged more than double the price plus at the time of booking breakfast was included but the time we asked for that they refused and showed the email it was only mentioned for room only. And staff also didn't help us to manage the matter for everything they refused to solve. Infact they said to call the company,” Agoda” which is anyway cannot be contacted. So we got one room of 1500 for 4026rs just imagine now. That was a complete fraud. NEVER EVER BOOK IT ONLINE

Great hospitality that the entire team of Bella Basera showed during our every visit. That’s why this is the third time we had visited and still we are looking forward for visiting again. What a amazing natural place surrounding the cottage with varieties of species of birds. We had always loved the entire experience of staying at Bella Basera. Every time we visit here we are touched by the warmth and hospitality of entire team of Bella Basera....good food... every morning we had enjoyed our sumptuous breakfast... even we had enjoyed the plain butter khichdi, it was delicious. The calmness of this place had always attracted us...peaceful environment....only thing that you get to hear is chirping of birds we had always enjoyed our vacation here at Bella Basera. Highly recommended.

Villa staffs were very supportive, also they had a positive attitude. Resort has a unique natural atmosphere, it's near the lake also. Greeneries were there to attract anyone in a few seconds. Presence of horses was making overall experience royal and decent.
