ITC Mementos is a beautiful, really well-made and maintained property. The views are simply breathtaking. It’s worth a visit with your friends and family. Friendly staff and exceptional service. One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been to. During our recent visit to ITC Mementos, we had the pleasure of being hosted by Mr. Anurag Agha. His exemplary service and hospitality significantly enhanced our dining experience. Anurag’s approach to hosting, marked by attentiveness and a warm demeanor, made our lunch exceptionally enjoyable. He effortlessly ensured that every aspect of our visit was taken care of, demonstrating a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. Amazing vibes and great food and the staff was so beautiful. Anusha is very cute and charming and mere friends ne and mene bohot fun kiya or hum log ne g*nd fhaad masti ki yaha 8 ball pool khele bohot khana khaya aur anusha ne humari bohot saari achi achi pictures click ki aur bohot hi achi pictures click ki so thank you so much and also thanks to chef deepak soni

The entire property is so amazing and the view with sunset at the rock bar is so beautiful. The girl name Anusha who helps us in many ways she clicks our picture and Nirjola is very sweet and polite . thanks to Anusha the hospitality of staff is so good
