Arrived at hotel no one helped me with my luggage there is around 8 stairs to be on reception front helpfully room was normal breakfast only vegetarian because it was Jan festival I asked for my own room something else no way I have been on dinner asked plain potato 3 times to understand what I need

Overall, everything was excellent whether you are talking about Mahal Hall, Amenities, Food or Ambience. I highly recommend this hotel for your family events such as Engagement or Parties or even any kind of exhibition. Shivraj, Shivek, Netrpal are excellent in seeing all small details of your function.

stayed with family for 1 night (From Dt:-10th to 11th November) Room no’s :-206 &211.My room 211 Washroom maintenance was very poor,Water pressure very low & NO HOT WATER!! Star hotel sent hot water bucket after 1 hour!! Poor Hospitality. Hotel staff doesn’t pickup intercom call on Front Desk, Reception & Housekeeping!!! Repeated efforts to call (morning time) were futile. Finally a plumber was sent to my room :-211 but could not fix the issue. (1) Spout & shower not functioning appropriately (2) Water pressure in Wash basin & Shower area was very poor & water pressure would abruptly reduce & increase!!! (3) No hot water in the bathroom!!!!! When I tried to contact your staff on Hotel intercom at 6:45AM , 7AM & 7:10AM , nobody picked-up my calls on Reception, Front Desk & Housekeeping extension numbers ???? Finally after more than one hour time waste , one bucket of hot water was sent to my room. This was very disappointing & spoilt our holiday schedule & my family’s mood. Finally at the time of checkout , I met the hotel staff at Reception (time:-9:20AM) to settle our final bill & told him to give me compliant /Feedback form to report the issues. To my surprise he said he doesn’t have this document at the reception??? Very poor hospitality standards for a star hotel!!! We would never visit this hotel again & would never ever recommend anyone to visit your hotel.

The services was so kind and 👍 and staff is gentle and helping out of way also...room is good ...food is good ...front office Mr. Subwndu very help full.food is very testy and health as well all types of juice and fruits are served.
