Bugs, cockroaches, mosquitoes and full of dust, torn mattress, no soap and no towel, no complimentary water, every time we have to call reception for small small requests

Bugs cockroaches mosquitoes and full of dust and ac water leaking from the duct like a water tap spider webs and spiders they do not keep room ready though we did advance booking

The staff is very professional and flexible. The service could be a bit quick however the rest of the experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travellers as well as family.

Hotel is centrally located form all tourist destinations. They do not provide much apart from old towell and toiletries in equally old bottles. Outside the window was all mess so curtains stayed closed all the time. They also have a kitchen and you can place an order, food will be delivered to the room. Staff is good and help you if you ask anything.

Worst hotel for stay. I fell in trap after looking at low teriff. But the hotel is third class. Mosquitoes everywhere. No food facility, smell of semmen was coming from every corner.

The communication between hotel and mmtb was bad, i had ac room and said it is non ac, however i showed them my voucher to convince them.

6 out of 10, hotel average condition hai because thoda sa purana ho gaya hai. Staff is good. Room acha hai - ac bhi new hai - but they use old towels. And unsealed water bottles they provide, overall experience is 10/6, good - towel ab new le lo - aur pani bottle - bhale choti 10 wall rakho - par new sealed bottle rakho, thank you, staff is good,
