Room was situated in hall and no connection from hotel main entrance and morning i kept knocking as it was locked from all side as i had to take my train but no response.

I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Jyoti in Rajkot. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, and there was hair on the bedsheet, showing a lack of proper housekeeping. Mosquitoes in the room made it even worse, making it hard to sleep.
To add to the bad experience, the receptionist was not friendly at all. When I requested an extra towel, they simply refused without any explanation. For the price charged, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

charger around 3500 but staff wash not returns my chargers

The chek in experience was excellent. staff behaviour was very good. Rooms was clean and bathroom was hygienic. Restaurant food was excellent 👍. Check out experience was excellent. Over all good experience. And hotel location was good.
