THE ROOM HAS NO AIR CONDITIONER EXTRA FOR AIR CONDITIONER AND THE ROOM WAS NOT LOOK LIKE AT WEBSITE. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR AMENITIES

Parking is terribly dirty. The room is smelling badly. The washroom is not working. Socket boards are damaged. Bed sheets are dirty. Lift are patheticaly dirty. Not recommended for family or even a single person's stay.

Bathroom was disgusting and there were cockroaches everywhere and no prope cleaning of the room as well somebody had spitted gum on the floor

You shud review frequently hotel conditions like -toilets functioning properly or not, flownof water in tap not proper, very slow, jet spray leaking. These are vasic hygiene factors. If makemytrip is recommending any hotel to us then it is expected that all hygiene factors are checked. Basic. I expect reply from makenytrip on the feedback given.
